Antique armchair in carved solid wood, dating from the late 19th / early 20th century, inspired by neo-Renaissance / neo-Gothic styles. This armchair features: • a straight backrest adorned with carved geometric patterns, • turned armrests and a beautiful architectural base, • a seat and backrest in original, studded leather, • an authentic patina, a testament to its history. The structure is sound and stable. The leather is old, very patinated and cracked, particularly on the seat. The seat shows advanced wear of the upholstery (underlying fabric and visible springs), which does not prevent use but may warrant restoration depending on the desired use.
