Signed églomisé glass vase, unique piece, France, circa 1980, 46 cm

Elegant large-scale vase in glass églomisé, handmade by the Laque Line workshop in France in the 1980s. It is a unique piece, as evidenced by the original label ("Pièce unique faite à la main – Made in France") and the signature engraved on the reverse. The surface features a sumptuous iridescent decoration obtained by superimposing metallic pigments melted under glass. The deep hues—midnight blue, coppery gold, emerald, incandescent red—vary depending on the light and the viewing angle, giving this vase an organic and changing appearance. The vase measures 46 cm in height and 18 cm in diameter at the neck. It is in excellent condition. A very fine example of contemporary French glass art, between decorative design and artisanal know-how.
