Biedermeier style terminal cabinet

Very large and imposing cylindrical cabinet in bird's eye maple burl. Column-shaped on a pedestal in the Biedermeier style. Curved door and veneered interior including three shelves. Northern Europe circa 1940. Height: 147cms. Width: 62cms. Depth: 40cms. Good general condition but requires some minor restoration: two small pieces of veneer on the foot, some scratches on the wood (see photos). Missing key.
