Lithograph Spain Andalucia signature to identify early 20th century

This lithograph is probably a spanish work from the beginning of the 20th century. We find a monogram "cm", a wooden pencil inscription "andalucia", probably to indicate the place and a signature, lower right, difficult to identify. The lithograph is in good general condition, note some small traces, some rubbing on the wooden frame. The work is sold uncleaned. For the condition, please detail the photos.
