Postmodern Italian coat rack tree, 1980s

Imposing coat rack from Italy in a postmodern design language. A functional coat rack with the character of an object. Branches extend in different directions from a central axis. The baroque curves of these branches offer various possibilities for hanging clothes. It is not only the colour contrast between white and black that is striking, but also the contrast in shape. The ornamental support is contrasted with a minimalist flat base at the lower end. The coat rack is in very good condition with signs of use. Superficial cracks in the paint or chipping.
