Elm apothecary cabinet with cupboard base

We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely little Chinese apothecary cabinet made of veined elm and packed with a cabinet base. An aesthetic and decorative piece, it is the ideal size for a large decorative table or perhaps a television unit. We have cleaned, waxed, and polished the piece from top to bottom; it is vintage with some honest signs of age and patina here and there. Please note that vintage and original items such as leather seating always have a natural patina in the form of cracks, creases, and wear. We recommend regular waxing to prevent moisture loss. Additionally, hand-dyed leather is not recommended for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as it dries out and discolours.
