This is a water jug made in the 1970's by perk company in switzerland. The jug is made entirely of copper, only the handle is made of a wood. This piece is made of simple geometric form in perfect balance and composition. The main body of the jug got and oval shape with a funnel is triangle shape, which allow more precise pouring without dripping. The handle is quite large, in the l shape form. The copper handle is welded into the jug on one side, with the wooden part crewed into the other. The wooden part itself coming pretty much all the way from the top to the bottom of the jug and its dark brown colour complements perfectly with the shinny copper surface. This jug is in good original condition. There is minor patina and light scratches on some copper parts, mostly on the main body gained from using over the years.
