Vintage Galvanitas chairs (thur-op-seat), 60's

Very nice pair of galvanitas chairs (netherlands) produced in the 60s. The tubular legs are black lacquered and the seat is made of pagholz (a process of plying 15 strips of beech wood and resin; ultra resistant!). These chairs are very comfortable, particularly thanks to the shape of the seat, but also thanks to the shape of the base which gives it great flexibility!
