Pretty statuette in red clay, terracotta, glazed, vintage, handcrafted. Depicting a naked woman sitting on a rock, wearing a braided cloth on the top of her skull, probably a bather, brutalist, modernist style. In the style of fernand joris. Japanese or ethnic. Vintage probably 70s-80s. Few shades of colors, linen and rock more pink than the red earth. Unsigned. 20.5cm max height, approximately 9.5cm max width, approximately 9cm depth. Very good condition, natural work of the varnish, the 2 ends of the cloth hanging at the back of the head are broken at the base, they have been glued back together and varnished, the repair is very discreet and solid.
