Japanese teapot in red clay, shaped from fine unglazed clay, with a low and perfectly balanced silhouette. Its gentle curve, flush lid, and delicately elongated spout reflect precise and harmonious craftsmanship. The warm, matte surface reveals a dense clay typical of traditional Japanese kyusu teapots. A finely engraved floral decoration runs along the body, adding a discreet, almost calligraphic poetic touch. On the opposite side, two stylised characters highlight its traditional identity. Inside, there is an integrated filter made of perforated clay, ideal for brewing loose leaf teas without additional accessories. The entire piece is made of ceramic, with no metal. In excellent vintage condition. Handle length 20.5 cm, maximum diameter 13 cm, base diameter 8 cm, height 6 cm without lid, height with lid 8 cm. Capacity approximately 60 cl. An authentic and timeless piece, perfect for a minimalist table inspired by contemporary Japonisme and the slow living aesthetic.
