Crayfish/lobster handle, silver-plated metal, 1950s-1970s

Beautiful antique cast metal handle, silver-plated brass or bronze, vintage from the 1950s to 1970s, depicting a crayfish or lobster, treated realistically with beautiful sculpted details. An old serving platter handle, equipped with a fixing screw and a backplate. Perfect as a furniture/drawer handle or for decorative repurposing or as a curiosity. In good condition, the silver finish shows a patina and some wear revealing the underlying brass. A small discreet缺口 on one mandible.
