Modernist Table Lamp in Honey Onyx and Golden Maltese Cross - 1970s

Magnificent vintage table lamp with a bold style combining Modernist, Free Form, and Rustic-Modern trends. The base is made of onyx-type marble in warm, veined tones (honey/amber colour), offering superb translucency and unique natural patterns. It is enhanced by a small raised Maltese cross in gold on its front face. The lamp is sold complete with its white pleated fabric shade, which diffuses a soft and warm light. Dimensions of the base: Height 16.7 cm x Width 9 cm x Depth 9 cm. Weight of the base alone: 1.25 kg (a beautiful heavy and stable object). Condition: Very good vintage condition, the stone base is perfectly preserved. The lamp works with B22 bayonet bulbs. Please note: the cable has been cut, and it is sold without a plug at the end. Therefore, a new male plug will need to be connected to enable it to be plugged into the mains.
