Black Rademacher table lamp from the 1930s

Large size black rademacher table lamp on an iron base. This lamp comes from germany, around 1930. This machine lamp was probably used in a workshop or factory. Rademacher was founded by ernst rademacher in 1914 in düsseldorf under the name rademacher gmbh. From 1920 the company started producing work lights. These lamps are characterized by the very high quality parts and the patented and extremely inventive hinge system. We have completely disassembled this lamp, cleaned it, applied a layer of clear coat and rewired it with black grounded fabric cord and plug. We then mounted this lamp on a heavy metal black base. The enamelled black shade is still in very good condition. Obviously marked in several places with the rademacher ''r''. A beautiful industrial design classic that fits into any interior!
