Set of 2 Vintage IKEA Frosta Stools, Beech Wood, 1990s

A lovely set of two vintage IKEA stools—the 'Frosta' model—crafted from bent beech plywood. These easily stackable stools were released in the 1990s; their design is based on the iconic E60 stool, a design classic created by Alvar Aalto in 1933. These stools are highly functional: their light weight makes them easy to move, and their stackability makes storage simple. They also work beautifully as plant stands. Thanks to their contemporary design and light color, they blend seamlessly into a wide range of interiors, from modern and vintage to eclectic styles. Both stools are in similar, good vintage condition, featuring a lovely patina from age and use. There are minor signs of wear consistent with their age—such as surface scratches, marks on the legs, and a slight bump caused by a screw—but they still look fantastic and remain fully functional.
