Eames EA117 Hopsak authentic - Mid-century Yugoslavia

An authentic icon of mid-century design, this EA117 Aluminium Group office chair by Charles and Ray Eames has an exceptional architectural history, coming directly from the famous Sava Centar international complex in Belgrade (inaugurated in 1977-1978). Manufactured under European license by ICF in Italy in the 1970s, this vintage piece features its original tilt mechanism stamped "Ring Mekanikk – Made in Norway," polished aluminum supports, and period hardware. A Sava Centar plaque confirms the authenticity of the seat. There are discreet scratches on the metal frame and signs of wear on the seat, but no holes.
