Pair of grasshopper chairs dating from the 1950s. A rare and highly original model. Black steel frame, oak plywood seat and back (a few discreet repairs to the seat veneer); light oak finish (the entire chair has been sanded and then varnished); backrest with a black vinyl cushion (refurbished vinyl). Excellent structural and cosmetic condition; original pads on each leg. Dimensions: height 860mm (seat height 455mm); width 400mm; depth 430mm. Price shown is for the pair (not sold individually).
