Portrait of a noble young man of the 18th century: amaule jean david faulcon - earl of falconer. Oil on canvas, pen inscription in the back recounting the lineage of the young man, date of birth etc. Count of falconer was part of the norman high nobility (château de la motte fouquet). Carried very good quality, in good condition, some traces of time on the frame.
