Beautiful wool and silk rug, 20th century, originating from Punjab, in north-west India (the word Punjab means "land of five rivers"). Decorated with flowering foliage, it features light and soft dominant colours, including pink, cream, and touches of blue. Its average dimensions are perfect for an apartment, measuring 245 x 160 cm. It is in excellent overall condition and has been cleaned by a specialised company, but a stain has remained, visible in the photos; the price reflects this. Original labels are present on the reverse. Weight between 6 and 7 kg.
