Vintage Scandinavian armchair Circle Chair 1960 Yngve Ekström

Designer armchair by Yngve Ekström. Date: 1960s / good condition. Structure refurbished by a cabinetmaker. Seat cushion redone to match the original by an upholsterer (thick red fabric + foam). The wood is painted in off-white lacquer: this is the original finish, which has not been redone, so there are small chips in the paint. See photos. Splayed legs. Original metal glides as well. (Possibility to add felt pads if you have a wooden floor, for example: just ask me.) Lovely design piece / comfortable. This chair is lightweight and pairs well with Scandinavian furniture.
