Pair of Padova model chairs by Hank Lowenstein, 1970s

Pair of Hank Lowenstein chairs. Made in Italy in the 1970s. Padova model. Quite rare model. Solid oak, varnished light wood. Straw seat. Both chairs are in perfect condition. The frame is solid and very comfortable. The straw is in good condition. Please note, however, some signs of age. Some signs of wear on the varnish. A few black marks on the straw, but these will disappear with proper cleaning. There are no markings or stamps. However, the shape of the chair's wooden frame and the straw seat are characteristic of this designer and the years of manufacture. Height including backrest: 81 cm. Seat height: 44 cm. Width: 48 cm.
