Mid-Century Modern Chairs & Stools by Rudy Verelst for Novalux, 1960s

Mid-Century Modern design chair set by Rudy Verelst for Novalux, Belgium, circa 1960s. The set consists of two chairs with backrests and two matching stools, which are essentially the same chairs without the backrest. The seats are upholstered in brown skai leather and feature a chromed steel frame and base. The design is clean, elegant, and characteristic of Belgian modernist furniture from the period. The set is in good vintage condition, with light signs of wear consistent with age and use. The skai and chrome remain in nice condition. Suitable for use as dining chairs, bar or counter seating, studio chairs, or as distinctive statement pieces in a Mid-Century Modern interior. Will be shipped dismantled.
