HST Marine painting "Sailboats in port" early 20th century signed

Old painting (early last century) made in oil on canvas (thick frame) framed (original) representing a seascape with sailboats in port. Beautiful format and very beautiful craftsmanship, this work is signed (to be deciphered). A small restoration and some millimeter touch-ups: everything is visible in photos.
