Danish modern lounge chair in solid wood, 1960s

Wooden inlays set into the armrests distinguish this 1960s Danish lounge chair from typical designs of the era. The high backrest flows seamlessly into broad armrests, creating an enveloping form. Slender solid wood legs lend visual lightness to the generous proportions. Fully restored with new beige textured upholstery and fresh foam padding. The nearly square seat allows comfortable position changes during relaxation.
