Spinetto dining chairs by Chiavari, Italy 1960s

This set of 8 wooden dining chairs was designed and produced by the Italian company Chiavari in the 1960s. Each chair combines a black lacquered frame with a straw seat. Thanks to their lightweight materials, Chiavari chairs are easy to move from one room to another and add a touch of Italian elegance to any interior. The Spinetto model is famous for having inspired Gio Ponti's Superleggera chair. In good vintage condition with some signs of wear but no structural issues.
