Series of 6 SZ52 chairs by Cees Braakman for Pastoe

Very rare series of sz52 chairs. This chair was designed by cees braakman in 1954 for the pastoe brand (netherlands). These chairs are two-tone: black lacquered beech for the base and back, teak veneer seat. They have been completely restored, their seats have been reinforced and a new lacquer has been applied. Some signs of use due to their great age (more than 60 years). Ideally suited to the tt05 table (their previous owner had bought them together in the late 1950s) or a teak table. Materials: frame, back and base in solid beech, seat in teak veneered plywood. Dimensions: width 44.5 cm, depth 53 cm, height 83 cm, seat height 44 cm. Condition: beautiful vintage condition.
