Kastehselmi Plates and Bowls in Clear Glass Art by Oiva Toikka for Arabic, Set of 16

A set inspired by nature, kastehelmi (finnish for "dewdrop") by design legend oiva toikki features rings of convex glass droplets that resemble strings of dewdrops glistening in the morning sun. The pioneering collection took its name from his determination to find a pattern that would hide the traces of connections on the glass. The delicate, yet durable, clear bowl with plate really brings out the beauty of glass that is both functional and decorative. The set is preserved in original condition with vintage manufacturer's labels. Height 5 cm width 11 cm bowl diameter of plate 14 this set consists of 8 bowls and 8 plates.
