Original 50s/60s charles and ray eames fibreglass chair in light greige on a new black powder coated zinc herman miller base with solid walnut runners. The contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age really well. In good vintage condition. No chips or cracks in the fibreglass. The shockmounts are in good condition. Recent base. Some minor scuffs here and there on the shell but nothing serious. Approximate dimensions: Width: 63.5cm. Depth: 61cm. Height: 68cm. Seat height: 43cm. A midcentury classic. This can also be supplied on a chrome base and walnut/oak runners or dowel base / eiffel base. The seat and base will be dismantled for safer shipping but can be bought fully assembled if so desired - please let us know in this case and we will let you have a shipping quote.
