F557 armchairs by Pierre Paulin for Artifort, 1960s

Beautiful set of lounge chairs, designed by Pierre Paulin in 1961. Two very comfortable swivel lounge chairs. This model F557 is the first edition of the Oyster chair and was produced soon after (until 1965), which is why this chair is rare. Both chairs have been fully restored with a superb Danish wool fabric and new foam, they are in perfect condition! The legs are professionally painted white. Originally marked under the legs.
