French vintage brass single wall light with a patterned frilled glass shade. The sconce features an oval-shaped brass backplate with a decorative edge. Extending from the backplate is a scroll design goose neck arm that leads to a round shade holder, with the shade secured in place by a spring clip. The shade is made of white decorative glass with an amber-tinged frilled edge, providing a warm glow when lit. The light has French 2-core wiring and accommodates 1 small screw-in bulb (E14). The brass exhibits a lovely aged patina with light marks consistent with its age. The glass shade is intact and free from cracks, featuring small natural air bubbles typical of the period. A metal wall hanger is attached to the backplate for easy hanging after wiring. Wall fittings are not included.
