Old painting signed Cochet

Nice old painting. Early twentieth. Oil on wood panel signed cochet lower right. Is it gérard cochet. The signature therefore remains to be identified. Represents a barn or house in the country. The wooden and gilded stucco frame shows signs of wear with lack of stucco (see photos). The paint is in good general condition. However, there are 2 scratches in two different places without affecting the quality of the painting (see photos) Dimensions with frame: Height: 36 cm. Width: 43.5 cm. Depth: 2.5 cm. Weight: 0.9 kg.
