English engraving: Young woman with a hat, signed Waltner, dated 1880 SC265

Here is an old engraving representing an elegant young woman in bust wearing a large hat. Signed in pencil Waltner and inscription with date margined "Published by Mr Colmaghe 13 & 14 Pall mall East London 1880. Presented with an old mat. Waltner, Charles Albert (1846-1925), painter then engraver, winner of the Prix de Rome in 1868. He became an engraver at the Gazette des Beaux-Arts then at l'Art from 1873 to 1879. Dimensions: exterior: 47x39.5 cm, view of the engraving: 38x30.5 cm, Weight: 1.900 kgs. Careful package: approximately 3 kgs.
