Old harvest tablecloth in hemp tinted terracotta

Splendid grape tablecloth in hemp canvas, dense and textured, both flexible, from the artisanal weavings of the 19th century. Central seam with tiny stitches to assemble two one-meter strips. Imperceptible hems sewn by hand. This extraordinary hemp gives a changing effect to the color. Shiny, deep, nuanced according to the light. These tablecloths were used to cover large tables gathering the harvesters at the end of the day. The red monograms embroidered with cross stitch in the corners made it possible to recognize his own once the meal was over. This one is embroidered with bs monograms. Terracotta dyeing is handmade in our workshop. Colourful complexion, machine washable at 40°c. Dimensions: 200 X 260 cm. To be diverted without moderation by throwing sofa, bedspread, curtain...
