Antique Harvest Tablecloth in Pure Hemp, Tinted in Terracotta

Splendid harvest tablecloth in hemp canvas, dense and textured, yet supple, from 19th century artisanal weaving. Central seam with tiny stitches to join two lengths of about one meter. Imperceptible hems sewn by hand. This extraordinary hemp gives a changing effect to the color. Shiny, deep, nuanced depending on the light. These tablecloths were used to cover large tables bringing together the harvesters at the end of the day. The terracotta dye is done by hand in our workshop.
