Mid-century space age extendable arc wall lamp, 1960s

Vintage design. Impressive Space Age arc lamp. The classic orange shade is striking and white on the inside, diffusing functional light. The special detail is the cantilever arm, which extends to illuminate a distant table by pulling and sliding along guiding elements, and its position is fixed by a knurled screw. The large wall base is white, mounted with four screws, and includes a movable support for cable passage. The shade can be aligned or angled via a joint. The lamp has a switch on the cord. It is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. Dimensions: Height 73 cm, Width 45 cm, Depth 124-175 cm.
