Charming set of 4 deep plates, soup plates, antique/vintage fine white porcelain from Limoges, translucent in the light, stamped B & C°, Bernardaud and Company, produced between the 1920s and 1950s. Elegant octagonal model with a wide rim, typical Art Deco shape. Multicoloured floral transfer decoration, with a blue line around the edge, spring-like, warm, cheerful, and traditional. 24.7cm in diameter and 4cm in height. Very good used condition, although the decorations do show some slight manufacturing defects and wear to the transfer and rim. No chips or cracks, just a few very light and discreet utensil marks. 2 of them have light and discreet crazing on the base, as well as a few manufacturing grains, very little use. Approximately 300-350g each. Hand washing recommended, occasional dishwasher use is fine on a gentle cycle at low temperature.
