Wooden workshop stool with old patina

The stool is in very good condition, it is solid, no breakage, no gaps, the assemblies do not move. It is made of solid wood, oak, and it was painted off-white probably in the 60s. The painting has worn out and patinated over time, which gives it a lot of charm. The top is pierced with an oval hole that acts as a handle, when you want to move it, which is typical of workshop stools of the first half of the twentieth century. The seat height is 46 cm, which corresponds to the standard seat height of a chair. It can therefore be used as a side seat at the table in a kitchen, for example. It has been waxed with natural beeswax and for maintenance it will be enough to rub it from time to time with a soft cloth. The proportions are fine, the drawing very simple, quite minimal, it is a nice room to walk everywhere in the house, according to the desires. French regional artisanal manufacturing from the 40s.
