We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning Dutch wardrobe made of solid oak with hand-carved panels, dating from the 1940s. This piece was handcrafted by a master artisan in Bruges, Belgium, for a very renowned architect. It is part of a complete library suite that includes a richly carved double-sided desk, a matching original brown leather armchair, a side table, a large dresser, and an enormous triple bookcase, with all other items listed in my other listings. It comes complete with its four keys, two medium-sized upper cupboards, and two large lower cupboards. We have cleaned, waxed, and polished the piece from top to bottom; the wood is in perfect condition, with no defects. Dimensions: Height 180 cm, Width 146 cm, Depth 57 cm (measurements taken at their widest point). Please note that vintage and original items, such as leather seating, always exhibit a natural patina in the form of cracks, creases, and wear. We recommend regular waxing to prevent moisture loss. Additionally, the hand-dyed leather should not be exposed directly to sunlight for long periods as it can dry out and fade.
