A classic design by Oluce based on a design by Joe Colombo from the 1960s. This is an earlier version with the original bayonet socket and in the rare brown colour. The lamp head consists of a bent metal element and is perforated with cut-outs. The axis passes through the reflector via one of these slots. The head is painted brown and can be rotated and tilted within a certain range. It is secured with a plastic screw. The push-button switch is located at the back of the head. The finely crafted chrome axis forms a wide base. The rear section of the axis is guided into a wall mount and runs parallel to the wall. The wall mount has a trumpet shape and matches the colour of the lamp head. The axis is height adjustable. The position is secured with a black screw. The cable visibly exits from the bottom of the axis. A key element of the design is the light source (not included). The upper opening of the lampshade is designed to accommodate a Cornalux bulb. This special bulb is now also available in LED. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
