The Spider ceiling or wall lamp by Joe Colombo was designed in 1965 for Oluce, Italy. This lamp series consists of floor and table lamps featuring a specially designed enamelled metal reflector to accommodate a unique horizontal focal bulb. A distinctive plastic knob allows for tilting the reflector. This rare Spider ceiling lamp comes from the first production series and is dated 1967, the same year it won the Compasso d'Oro award.
