Buffet

Buffet of very beautiful manufacture, late nineteenth / early twentieth century, presenting a work of marquetry in walnut magnifying glass offering perfect symmetry as well as a beautiful luminosity, the whole has been completely cleaned and lustrous.- remain some traces of drips in front face- visible on the photos. Some slight gaps in marquetry – visible in the photos, mainly at the drawers. A few beetle holes in the feet: the furniture has been treated. The upper tray has been stripped and oiled, it is in very good condition. Right side: a few beetle holes, small dripping towards the back and appearance of the veneer less good It has a groove on the back because this sideboard probably had to be equipped with an upper part. The 2 drawers are closed by a single central lock, the 2 doors are closed by a multipoint lock embedded in the door. The same key controls the two drawers as well as the doors. Presence of the manufacturer's stamp on the back. Interior: traces of persistent use after cleaning, the lower board has undergone repairs and is certainly not the original one.
