Spectacular and very rare Saturn lamp by Lucien Gau for Maison Lucien Gau. France 1980. Base in veined grey marble. It supports a large chrome metal ring, which holds the UFO-shaped reflector in black lacquered metal. The latter pivots on its axis 360 degrees. This allows, among other things, to direct the light, offering a different design with each movement of this fabulous lamp. Opaque glass diffuser underneath. It pleasantly softens the lighting and casts beautiful reflections on the wall when the lamp is turned on. Height 53 cm. Width 49 cm. Depth 14 cm. Stable, weight 8 kg. Label present under the base.
