Hanging egg chair in smoked plexiglass, 1970s design

Impressive 1970s egg chair, reminiscent of Eero Aarnio's designs. A smoked plexiglass sphere is suspended from a curved, swiveling chrome-plated steel arm. A black tulip base made of solid-painted metal. A beautiful and rare space-age piece with a rocking motion; sitting in this chair gives you a feeling of being cut off from the rest of your surroundings. Due to its age, the chair shows some signs of wear, but remains in good vintage condition with no pitting in the chrome.
