Extendable oak round table, Lübke, Germany 1960s

Extendable round table edited by Lübke, Germany, 1960s, with its original stamp under the top. Solid oak stained with a very pronounced grain, central base with four flat legs crossed in an X and joined by a round hub. A central extension allows it to go from 115 to 163 cm: round for everyday use, oval when there are guests. Very good overall condition; a small piece of veneer is missing under the edge of the top, invisible once the table is in place. Seats four people daily, six when extended.
