He studied at the academy of fine arts in brussels and was a student of alfred delaunois at the academy of louvain.he painted landscapes, flowers and river views. Foulon has exhibited extensively in belgium, canada and the united states. His works are found in many art collections. I measured 67 cm in height X 57 cm in width and 6 cm in thickness for a total weight of 2, 900 kg with its frame to be renovated. The canvas alone measures 50x40x1cm and is in very good condition.
