Tubular chairs, robert slezak, set

The tubular chair designed in the 1930s has become an icon and will probably remain an icon for a very long time to come. The simple springing construction without hind legs has great properties and, together with the molding in the seat, provides absolutely sufficient comfort for longer sitting at a meal or work. Thos set was produced by robert slezak company, traditionl czechoslovalk producer of the tubular furniture. The chairs have glossy red lacquer with small signs of wear on the edges of the backrests.
