Vintage secretary by Cees Braakman for Pastoé

Vintage secretary by designer Cees Braakman for Pastoé, signed. Model CB07.1950s. Closure with lock and engraved Pastoé key. The lock on the upper part no longer works, but the top is very effectively magnetised from the start. Inside are 2 perforated drawers and a shelf. Its rounded legs give it a pronounced elegance. In the lower part, there are 2 cupboard doors with a central shelf. Its history is somewhat special. It was purchased to furnish a three-masted sailing boat that circumnavigated the islands. It has signs of wear and scratches on the top and a few on the less visible sides. The bottom of the right door is slightly damaged (see photos). It remains in a fair and interesting condition.
