19th century Chinese painter's chest

Former chinese painter's chest in teak-gum lacquered. Handles and roller-made iron fastener. About 1870. Certificate of authenticity provided. The top tray consists of several small compartments where the painter stored the colors and larger storage for the brushes. The small chopsticks placed under the lid are removable and made it possible to mix colors. There are three small secret "hides." Depth of inner trunk 27 cm. Two drawers at the back. Very nice piece of furniture very original and rare.
