An iconic Ribbon Chair, designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort. Originally introduced in 1966, the Ribbon Chair has become one of the most celebrated and recognizable designs of the twentieth century. Its flowing, organic silhouette gives it a sculptural presence, while the ergonomic form provides exceptional seating comfort. This is an original 1990s production by Artifort, upholstered in the original Kvadrat Tonus high-quality wool fabric in a striking Fuchsia color. The premium upholstery beautifully enhances the chair's elegant curves and reflects the outstanding craftsmanship for which Artifort is renowned. The chair is in excellent vintage condition, showing only minimal signs of age and use. It retains its original Artifort label beneath the base, confirming its authenticity. A timeless design classic that functions equally well as a comfortable lounge chair and as a striking statement piece in any modern, contemporary, or collectible design interior. Several examples of this model are currently available. We also offer the possibility to choose from a wide range of fabrics and colors, allowing customization to perfectly suit your interior project or personal preference.
