This photograph is unsigned, but it is indeed a work by Bernard Darot. It comes from a large collection of Bernard Darot's work. Note that the photograph is somewhat rigid. It is not perfectly rectangular. Regarding its condition, there are areas of slight discoloration, wear on the edges and corners, signs of handling, and general signs of age and use. Bernard Darot, born in Saint-Cloud (Hauts-de-Seine) on October 31, 1934, a student of Louis Arretche, was admitted to the second class on July 10, 1957, receiving an honorable mention for his submitted project and the Prix des Anciens (Alumni Prize) in October 1958. He was promoted to the first class on December 13, 1960, and awarded a Second Medal at the Bourgeois and Godeboeuf Competition on December 5, 1961. He graduated on June 16, 1965.
