The Amanta armchair, designed by Mario Bellini for C&B Italy in the 1970s, features a fibreglass structure and has been reupholstered in orange felt by Casamance. C&B, founded in 1966 by Cesare Cassina and Piero Ambrogio Busnelli, was known for its innovative production techniques. In 1973, the company became B&B Italia under Busnelli's leadership.
